Charles Mignon Grand Cru Cuveé Comte de Marne 2012
A vintage cuvée made from the first presses of the Grand Cru terroirs of the Montagne de Reims
This blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay is made from the first presses of the Grand Cru terroirs of the Montagne de Reims. Its mellow golden hue is a sign of its ageing. The nose is rich and elegant with a wide aromatic palette encompassing yellow fruit, almond, honey and a light touch of spice. The palate is fine and elegant with a purity style and delicate evolution with almond, white flower and spice. Perfect balance and immense length with a creamy mousse and extremely fine bubbles. This cuvée is the signature of the 2012 vintage.
