Berceo Rioja Reserva 2014
A soft and silky Rioja with a refreshing acidity.
A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano grapes grown in Baños de Ebro (Rioja Alavesa), San Asensio and Medrano (Rioja Alta). These old bush vines are noted for their freshness and ripeness. The wine is soft and silky with a crisp finish of spicy vanilla. Toasty flavours from oak-barrel ageing are well balanced by refreshing acidity. Pair with chorizo, ham and spicy dishes.
Bodegas Berceo was founded in 1801. It is the oldest winery of the city of Haro, located in the heart of appellation Rioja. Bodegas Berceo's philosophy is based on two sources of inspiration that feed the wine world today: the ancient experience that comes from the European continent and the techniques used in the New World. The combination of both and an great technical team make for some fantastic wines.
