The palate is full-bodied and fruity, with soft tannins, balanced acidity, and a long savoury finish. Drink from 2020-2030. 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 12% Syrah, 10% Petite Syrah, 8% Petit Verdot
Aresti is a family-owned winery founded in 1951, when Vicente Aresti and his father-in-law Alfredo López established the winery in Chile's Curicó Valley. Today, Vincente's daughters Begoña and Ana María Aresti López carry on what he started, and run what is now one of Chile's most successful and well-regarded wineries. The Assemblage 2012 is a Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend. Grapes are sourced from the best vineyard plots and all picked by hand. Once blended the finished wine is aged in French Oak barrels for 18 months before release.
