Aresti Cabina 56 Carmenere
Part of Aresti's new Cabina '56 range - a smooth and concentrated Carmenere.
Flavours typical to the Carmenere variety such as ripe cherries combine well with notes of vanilla and mocha. The palate is smooth and concentrated with a lingering aftertaste and ripe tannins. Perfect to pair with lamb, beef and tomato-based pasta dishes.
The Cabina '56 range commemorates the first pick-up van owned by Vincente Aresti A., founder of Aresti Wines. The van was used during each harvest over a number of years. Now, a symbol of the winery's history, it is proudly kept at their Bellavista estate.
The superb Cabina wines are grown in Chile's Curico Valley, and include some of the countries most traditional varieties - Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
