Aresti Cabina 56 Cabernet Sauvignon
A gently oak-aged Cabernet Sauvignon from Curico Valley.
In the nose, aromas of green pepper, red fruit and ripe plum combine with touches of coffee and vanilla. The palate is firm, with great tannins that give the wine character, structure and a long, persistent finish. A great wine to enjoy alongside a variety of pastas and meats.

The Cabina '56 range commemorates the first pick-up van owned by Vincente Aresti A., founder of Aresti Wines. The van was used during each harvest over a number of years. Now, a symbol of the winery's history, it is proudly kept at their Bellavista estate.
The superb Cabina wines are grown in Chile's Curico Valley, and include some of the countries most traditional varieties - Carmenere, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
