Akashi-Tai Honjozo Tokubetsu Japanese Sake
A lighter style than other sakes, this has a crisp, dry, easy-to-drink style. A traditional sake, made using high quality rice that has been lightly milled to remove the outer layer of the rice.
A light, dry sake with a fresh, clean palate. Delicate aromas and flavours of lime zest and honeydew melon. Drink chilled (not warm!) with light seafood dishes such as oysters and salmon. Its' fresh, crisp character will also work well alongside salads, olives, and tempura vegetables.
