El Massaya Arak is made using made using only the finest Obeidi grapes and organic aniseed. It is triple distilled over vine wood embers in traditional Moorish lid copper stills. It is then matured for two years in ancient clay amphorae.
The El Massaya Arak is a spirit with a distinctive aniseed flavour. It has a freshness that cleanses the palate with a peppermint finish. It is also said to aid digestion.
