Whitley Neill is a traditionally distilled London Dry Gin, and uses a small antique copper still named 'Constance'.  What separates it from the rest is the use of two unique African botanicals, the fruit of the Baobab tree and Cape goosberries.  These very unique citrussy botanicals sit alongside 7 quite traditional gin botanicals including juniper, coriander and orange peel.  This gives a very different citrus nose compared to the gins already out there. Also, the juniper is a little more laid back and therefore the gin is a little softer, smoother and more rounder. This is a seriously good gin!

King Solomon's Cooler

40ml Whitley Neill Gin

50ml Pressed apple juice

Traditional lemonade

Squeeze one wedge of lemon & one wedge of lime into a tall glass. Add ice, gin & the apple juice. Top up with lemonade. 

Gin Sour

2 shots Whitley Neill Gin

2 shots freshly squeezed orange juice

1 shots freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 shot sugar syrup

1/2 fresh egg white

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into empty chilled old fashioned glass. Garnish with a split lime wedge.
