The Roditis & Moschofilero grapes used to make this quality white wine come from selected vineyards in Corinth, Northern Peloponnisos, Greece and the vineyards are located on the clay soil of the Corinth region 250- 600 metres from sea level. The grapes are selected and hand picked only when completely ripe for a soft extraction, maintaining the unique qualities of each grape. Produced and bottled at source and bottled using the latest wine making and bottling technology. Vinified in the classic way with controlled fermentation with temperatures up to 20° C in stainless steel vats to extract the intensive rich aromas and flavours of each grape variety. Elegant young white of yellow colour a very fruity aroma and flavour. It will double as an aperitif and a versatile accompaniment to food. Best served at 10-12°C
