Michel Brock created this estate in 1968, taking over the vineyard of his father-in-law. Today it is run by his son Nicolas, a real perfectionist who is gaining a reputation as one of Sancerre's top growers. Mr. Brock vinifies his wines on the yeasts, providing complexity and richness while at the same time preserving the wine's aromatic qualities and lively freshness. This wine has a rich nose of grapefruit and rose, with mineral and citrus fruit in the mouth. Delicate and complex Sancerre with bags of sophistication and character. Absolute top notch.
