Made with care by Bertrand and Anke Boissieu at the family Chateau in Leynes, this Chardonnay wine is the product of a complex mixture of clay, silicon and limestone soil spread out over the municipality of Chaintre. Of a golden green colour, this wine displays powerful aromas of lime blossoms and a light touch of lemon. With a supple feeling in the mouth it is ideal as an aperitif or with fish served in sauce. This wine has proved extremely popular in France and it now makes a very rare appearance here for your enjoyment.
