Bodega Famiglia Quattrocchi �La Elenita� estate has 300 hectares cultivated at 800 meters above sea level based in the warm sand of Mendoza�s desert and protected by the huge Andres Mountains. On first inspection this wine displays a sparkling golden colour and reveals aromas of roses, quince and oriental perfume, followed by a fresh, smooth flavour of grapefruit, peaches and quince. Ideal with oysters. Attractive for its intense personality, unique characteristics and yellow colour with brilliant golden edges. Smooth on the palate, decidedly fruity with hints of roses, orange peel and pineapple. Ideal before meals as an aperitif or great accompanying seafood and fish.
