Situated on the east coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Trinity Hill is a partnership between John Hancock, Robert and Robyn Wilson (owners of London’s Bleeding Heart and The Don restaurants) and Aucklanders Trevor and Hanne Janes. Three founding partners, hence the name “Trinity Hill”. Highly regarded for his all round abilities in both the cellar and vineyard, John Hancock has extensive experience in Australia, France and New Zealand. This rosé is made from a blend of Merlot 56% and Cabernet Franc 44%. It has a gentle, crisp acidity which is balanced by a small amount of retained sweetness and sweet berry fruit with a fresh, light and smooth texture.
