Winemaking co-op member Diana Salmah has created a great blend here which proves Lebanese wine is a force to be reckoned with.
A full bodied and nuanced wine, this blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Caladoc offers gentle aromas of ripe strawberry and red cherry with a hint of rosemary. Luscious on the palate, it is balanced by a light acidity which gives it a good lift and freshness. This will go perfectly with a Lebanese beef and green bean stew and lamb koftas.more ↓ less ↑
