The Cigliui family business have now been going for five generations, with Claudia and Silvia now helping their father, winemaker Renato. They have 6 hectares of vines on the Serraboella hill, in Neive, a small town in the Langhe region in the very heart of Piedmont. All the wines, from Dolcetto up to Barbaresco, are from grapes grown organically, with fermentation carried out at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. The entire range is striking in its elegance, quality and finesse. This 100% Dolcetto is juicy and bright. Enjoy it with pasta, chicken, salami and cheeses.
