This is another quality Pinot Noir from one of our favourite producers. In the glass you'll see a brilliant ruby colour with tints of brick. A pleasant bouquet of cherry and blackcurrant with a touch of truffle followed by a clean attack in mouth with a full-bodied taste and a good structure. Fat and rich with well-built, soft and ripe tannins with a long finish. To be drunk with elaborate dishes such as pheasant, duck or stews and any red meat either grilled, roasted or marinated in red wine sauce. Also goes very well with a large range of cheeses.
