The vineyards of the Chanarmuyo estate extend across the foot of the Paimán mountain range at 1,720 meters above sea level in the La Rioja region. Here the differences in temperature between day and night are considerable, and a gentle breeze blows over the fiercely beautiful, uninhabited landscape. Hundreds of years ago, the pre-Columbian culture left its stamp on the rocks. Today, those lands are silent witnesses to imposing vineyards. This blend of two varietals has a very intense and deep red colour with good body and a full and buttery feel in the mouth. Complex aromas of sweet pimentoes, olives and red fruits combine with vanilla, chocolate and coconut in the mouth. An unusual blend with deliciously different taste. Well worth a try.
