Argentinean Red Wine
Argentina - and in particular the Mendoza region - is without question one of the most exciting New World wine growing areas today. Predominently known for producing some of the world's very best Malbec's Argentinean pioneers are now experimenting with a wide variety of grape varietals, including (but not limited to) Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. A large amount of truly excellent quality wine is now being produced in this country with prices yet to match the standards on offer.
