Passito wines are created by leaving freshly picked garganega grapes hanging in bunches so they can partially dry. This process elimnates much of the grapes water and concentrates its sugar and flavour components. This white Passito has very intense honey and jam flavours and is delicious with any dessert, fruit or goat cheese.
