The Cave de Roquebrun is situated in the spectacular hills of the Parc Regional du Haut Languedoc covering a 500 hectare area on the southern facing slopes. St Chinian is a small appelation within the Languedoc and is fast gaining a reputation as being a producer of quality wines that are more elegant and refined than some of its neighbours. Deep colour with ripe spicy red fruit. On the pallet it has rounded sweet and very ripe fruit with some hints of cherry and raspberry coming through. Nicely balanced by some tannin which gives a hint of dryness on the finish.
