Hacienda De Chihuahua makes super premium spirits. Sotol is a distilled spirit made from the Dasylirion wheeleri (commonly known as Desert Spoon or, in Spanish, sotol), a plant that grows in the wilds of Northern Mexico and takes approximately 15 years to mature, creating only one bottle of Sotol per plant. It is known as the state drink of Chihuahua. The Crema de Sotol is a Sotol based liqueur with natural flavours that evoke images of the Desert Spoon plant. This is an elegant liqueur, delicious on its own on the rocks.
