Vides S.A. was founded in 1958 by Don Tomas Domecq Rivero, and the bodegas are located a few hundred yards from Lustau's main cellars in the old Santiago quarter of the city. Today, his grandson, Don Fernando Leon Manjon owns the bodega. A light amber gold colour, this Palo Cortado is dry and has an immensely rich flavour, with nuances of vanilla, coffee and dark chocolate. Awarded Bronze Medal at the IWC 2006. Serve at cool room temperature as an aperitif with nuts.
