Passito wines are created by leaving freshly picked garganega grapes hanging in bunches so they can partially dry. This process elimnates much of the grapes water and concentrates its sugar and flavour components. This red Passito has very intense chocolate aroma and sweet fruity jam flavours. Delicious with any hard cheese and paired with any chocolate dessert it will blow your mind!
