Delivery
We process your order as soon as you have completed it online.
The expected delivery time is specified against each wine that you order. In the unlikely event that the delivery is not going to be within that window we will call immediately to let you know.
We also offer a big range of wines that will be delivered the Next Working Day at no extra cost. The list of these wines is here:
If you have a specific date by which you must have your wine please specify it in the ‘Special Instructions’ field at the Checkout or just call us and we’ll sort it out.
If you are out when we try to deliver we will leave a card asking you to contact us to re-schedule.
In the Special Instructions at the Checkout you can also specify any special delivery instructions such as where to leave the wine if you're out or which neighbour to contact. Just let us know and we'll try to do what you ask.
Standard UK Delivery
Our standard UK delivery charge is £7.99 per order no matter how many cases you order. This for delivery between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Emergency & Saturday Delivery
If you really need some wine in a real hurry or you need it delivered on a Saturday we can get it to you next day (providing you place your order before noon) but I'm afraid you'll have to pay £19.99 for the privilege.
Overseas Delivery
We deliver wines to customers all over the world every day. If you would like a non-UK delivery you can arrange one through the Checkout or you can email info@slurp.co.uk in advance to check our competitive rates.
