Most rosés in Champagne are made by blending red wine into the base white wine but Fluteau make theirs in the more traditional way by leaving the red Pinot Noir grapes to macerate on the skins. The results are spectacular - it has a lovely cherry colour and is packed full of red berry fruit. This is top quality pink Champagne.
