A delicious, easy drinking lightly sparkling style of Prosecco with a mischievous sapidity as an Italian might say. The nose suggests blanched almonds, white flowers and pearskin; the palate is soft and clean with apple and quince fruit flavours with a naturally off-dry finish. Spago Closure

A good value sparkling wine. Dry, clean and very refreshing - sip in the sunshine wearing a white blazer/blowse and perhaps a panama hat!

The colour was a straw/gold and the bubbles were moussey with a fine bead. The overall level of fizz was indeed more frizzante than sparkling.
The nose had a good peachy (with pineapple) subtle complexity. On the palate it was relatively light, limey, and refreshing - essentially a perfect aperitif. A bargain at the price for sure, it does demonstrate how if you shop around you can still get a great summer bargain that’s enjoyable and refreshing with ‘bubbles’?
