Slurp Internships
We have opportunities for internships for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are looking to enter the wine trade. Previous experience is not necessary, but an interest in wine and the wine business certainly is. Specific Internships exist within our Logistics Division at our new Hammersmith warehouse and office headquarters. IT Developers
Slurp.co.uk is currently recruiting IT developers with the following skill sets:
Required
- LAMP stack administration
- Object oriented PHP
- Relational Database design
- Javascript - specifically Jquery
- Standards based HTML/XHTML with CSS
Desirable
- Good understanding of Version Control and version control systems
- Experience with 'web services' technologies

Product Administrators
Responsibility for maintenance of listings, descriptions, vintages etc. in our rapidly expanding portfolio - which currently includes more than 2,000 products.
- Responsibility for selection of products to be marketed.
- Producer and wholesaler liaison on a daily basis.
- High degree of computer literacy and good understanding of global wine markets are important.
- French would be an advantage.
- Resourcefulness and self-reliance crucial.
