*93 Points "The best wine in Lebanon?" James Suckling, October 2015* (2011 Vintage)

Domaine de Tourelles is amongst the longest-established and most highly acclaimed wineries in the Bekaa Valley in Lebanon. Founded in 1868 by French adventurer François-Eugène Brun Domaine, de Tourelles was the first commercial cellar in Lebanon producing wines, arak and other spirits. Produced from specially selected parcels of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, this is densely packed and concentrated with blackcurrants and chocolate yet retains freshness and spice and a very Lebanese flavour. A classic Lebanese red with hints of cassis and cedar. Herb roasted lamb shank should be ideal with this wine.

“This is very balanced and refined with cedar and sandalwood undertones as well as bright, ripe fruit. Full-bodied and compacted. Very polished and delicious. A blend of cabernet sauvignon and syrah. The best wine of Lebanon? Drink now” 93 Points, James Suckling, October 2015
